I want the header to be in a single row, and I want both rows to share the same background image. My solution would be to nest both rows on top of an existing row Is this possible.

I am trying to edit the padding around the #masthead.site-header in twenty sixteen and it is not working. I have disabled all plugins except SiteOrigin CSS. Some features like text justification are working but others are not.

I can no longer edit any of my pages but it will allow me to edit the posts.... When you first click on edit, it will flash on the screen and then go right to the site origin widgets.
