My background image appears to cutout while viewing on 21inch screens. How can I resive this to appear uniform on all browsers and all screen sizes?

Hi, site: blgrafika.com/internwire/review The header image is not responsive. In a slider frame I have added a background image (“SiteOrigin Layout Slider”) to a slide. But in the responsive view the header image is cut off width wise. Will appreciate if you can tell me how to fix it. Regards

I undated to Vantage Theme 1.5 and since the update, the mobile menu is not currently working, my pictures want load up on the site and Meta Slider is also not working. Is there a way to fix this?
