Add Code On Top Of Homepage Header Image

I am using Sydney theme here https://www.getresonate.com and I already have a child theme. I want to add the code on this page https://www.getresonate.com/button on top of the homepage header image (below the sub-head Resonate – Tune In to People). Can this be done using your PageBuilder and/or Widgets Bundle?

Hi! I’m too awaiting an update of the Vantage theme before I dare to upgrade Woocommerce. I have Vantage Premium V2.5.4 right now. How much longer before you release the next version?
