on my website, http://thedreambelievers.com/ I have 3 feature blocks near the bottom. How do I remove them? I’ve tried changing the color on the first one, but that still pushes content lower. Any help is appreciated.

The problem when checking on a mobile device is that the video is not playing AND the background image is not being used. I think it is because it is loading the video - but how can I make sure the background image is being used instead of the mobile trying to load the video.
