I was updating some theme on my wordpress and suddenly I got error with message: “Err_Empty_Response – No data received” Plz anyone can help me out? I am getting this error again and again.

Divider line on titles to move to either side of the title

Instead of the divider line being underneath the title and subtitle I would like it to be either side of the title so it looks like the title is sat inbetween the two lines. Any ideas?
