Custom HTML widget doesn’t load

Hi there, the custom HTML widget suddenly doesn’t load anything. I can’t edit it. How can we solve the problem? Here is the website: http://maites-asiancuisine.de/ The video on the homepage is showing from a custom HTML widget. But I can’t open or edit the widget on SiteOrigin. Thanks for your help. Sue

Widget Social Media Buttons: Responsive?

Hello, My trouble is in the title. I’ve implemented the “Social media buttons” widget and it works very fine, on large screens. On tablets and smartphones, the widget doesn’t show up. So, isn’t the widget responsive? How can I make these buttons appearing on smaller screens? (My website is responsive.) Thank you in advance.

Using site origin north theme and user have reported that the site is not accessible using an iPhone but is on Mac and windows computer android is also ok.
