I have parallax background for some of the rows on my homepage, and it works on desktop but not mobile: https://taylormartinmedia.com/imi/ I also noticed that the parallax works on mobile when it’s the cell background but not the row background.

I’m having issues with the page builder drag and drop editor. I’m trying to use it with the Vantage Theme, but it the editor isn’t appearing. Has it changed recently? At present I only see a narrow editor with no drag and drop faculty. I appreciate any help you can suggest!
