Question regarding “invisible” rows

The only thing that really goes on my nerves: I have medium up and small rows. The small rows could be assigned with margin-top: -108px...but I can't use margin-bottom on the medium up rows.

I had this problem with 2.2.2 on Minamaze Theme. They seem to work only for the first time you add content.

It is also taking the ability away to edit the page. Once Page builder is deactivated I have full functionality.
