Basically what I'm trying to do is have an image in a visual editor widget overlapped by another visual editor widget with text in it and a grey background so the text is legible over the image. The text widget would basically be a bar centered vertically over the image.

Hello, I'm trying to drop the opacity in the siteorigin hero widget to be transparent so it would just show the parallax of the background image. Instead when I drop the opacity of the widget it drops the opacity to a color.
