fatal error after update page builder

Just did update to 2.5.8 and site now broken with fatal error or similar message on all pages: fatal error call to undefined function siteorigin panels start style wrapper() in /var/sites/l/lattakia.co.uk/public html/wp-content/themes/mise-en-place/includes/page-builder. If I disable pagebuilder plugin the error goes, but so does the page formatting from page builder of course.

Design problem

Question 1: in the mobile version, my text gets messed up. Question 4: In the footer i have a problem with the text being cut in pieces so that it looks horrible i have made it a text box is there an other way i should do it.

Centering Cta Elements

Hi, I’ve added a CTA on http://tinyurl.com/y8l2a6e2. I’d like the elements – “Call Now” and the number to be centered, and, if clicked on a mobile, would set it up so it calls, or prompts the user to “Call (510)330-5201” How can I do that? Thanks, Eric
