Unicode Problem after Update

When I click to edit text in widget, unicode is change. I use german language on wordpress. Page Builder Version: 2.5.10

I'am using Tr characters in my sentences, until this we have no problem. Example ---------- -> -> After Characters has changed to wrong characters, I fix and save again all characters what change to wrong char.

Tabbing and non-PB content on the same page

PB doesn’t allow non-PB content on the same page, but I want to recreate the following page’s structure, but with PB content within each tab. Is that possible? Guilt|Pleasure’s In These Words Chronology Thanx.
