Editor character error

On site everything is fine until I decide to update text with SiteOrigin Editor. I checked database fields, there are Polish letters in my text fields.

I have issues with special characters using the Siteorigin Text widget. Whenever i update text and include german characters like ü, ä, ß, and save, these characters then appear as ä, and so on, and that also would show up on the frontend is there an encoding issue now.
Disable default widgets

Hello, We are building for our clients some custom widgets that they can use. Is there a way we can disable the default widgets so that they only can use our custom widgets and not the default ones? Thanks in advance!

After updating wp to version 4.8.1 there is a problem using the plugin site origin editor. Save the text in cyrylic, then when you open that text again – incomprehensible symbols. What to do? Thank you.
