Use default sidebar widget with page builder page

I am wondering if it is possible to use my default sidebar widget created in ‘Appearance’ >’Widgets’ with a page that was customized using Page Builder. I have the page attributes template set to ‘default template’. Thanks.

The widget bundle plugin recently began turning my admin side to plain text html. Deactivating it resolves issue. Doesn’t seem to be affecting front end. Any ideas?
