I have a business license and I haven’t had any replies from support since October 5th. I am not even getting the auto-verification email that support requests have been received, which I normally always do. Hello, I am using siteorigin images to upload photos on my website. It looks fine on most computers, but when I look at the site on a tablet (surface/ipad) the images shrink until they disappear. I have no idea where to begin fixing the issue. Check it out: www.resendizbrothers.com

What is the manual process to update from so Widget version 1.6.4 to 1.7.1? (I’m working on a website that doesn’t permit FTP or cpanel access … also SElinux settings are very restrictive.. manual install is the only way to go) Thanks, John
