I am trying to figure out how to work with the CSS tool. My main need is to restyle the default WP File Download block. I have managed to enlarge the button and the position of the link, but not the font size of the link. Where to I do to do this?

I am getting repeated notices about installing recommended plugins – I don’t want the plugins which is why I have not installed them. Why am I getting a notice on every admin page, even though I dismiss the notice.. How do I stop these permanently? Thanks
