Use square featured image on blog page

If you see the blog http://whoisrishi.com This image is a rectangle http://whoisrishi.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Square-Pictures-for-Blogs.001-436×272.jpg While the original is a square http://whoisrishi.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Square-Pictures-for-Blogs.001-e1453755227552.jpg The girl’s head is getting chopped. How do I fix it so that the Blog page uses the square image instead of the other image?

image does not resize

I have Vantage Premium. In “Edit Image”, when I change the image size and click on “scale” the number I entered revert to the original numbers of the original image size and the image does not resize. What is wrong? Thanks Luigi
