Hey Guys is there anyway to manually refresh layout css. Au/private these private projects are using page builder for layout.

Binding rows together

I noticed in many of the pre-built layouts in pagebuilder that some of the rows are bound to the row below. I was wondering how I can do this with my own layouts.
