When I do an unordered list in SiteOrigin page builder the bullets show up in the page builder but when I view the page they do not show up. If I enter a base colour, the background uses the base colour and adds the pattern in black over top. I wonder if there is a way to use the background and add the pattern over top in a colour other than black.

I have also deactivated all the plugins other than Page Builder and it still made no difference. I don't believe I am running any cache plugins, and have WP running up to date.
