Problem editing header colors

I am just starting my website and have gone to Appearance > Customize > Menus but then no option to select color as in the tutorial? Can someone help me out? Thanks

Hi, I seem not to be able to get the option in Appearance>Customize to change the colour of the header etc. Also I have added my logo in the header but the business name I added also is not showing.
