page builder tab shows up at bottom on existing pages

Hello, The page builder tab is fine on new pages, but on existing pages, it shows up at the bottom as a box. This is even after deactivating all plugins. I tried script debugging in wp-config.php, but that didn’t help.…

Have a client that must have a responsive hero image, fitting the entire image on an iPhone in portrait. Here’s a sample page. It’s the slider and the full width image on the top of the page Frisco Regional Headquarters
