Image Grid missing? But installed

This morning I still had the Image Grid plug-in working perfectly with all images in a beautiful image menu. The widget SiteOrigin Widget ImageGrid Widget is not available.

how can I get the icon to open in a new window it goes to the page I want it to but then I have to hit back tab to go back to site

I switched back to 5.6, then it appears again. I like the PHP Version 7, because it makes my site faster.
