Different Header for mobile site

I wanted to have a different header for mobile users and was wondering if this is possible, as the header for desktop doesnt look as good and isnt as readable as on a mobile device

Why does the text flickers all the time? im using Vantage premium.

Change the heading for Related Jet Pack in the Vantage Theme
I'm trying to change the Related title to You May Also Like in the jet pack related widget. I cannot find where to change the title in the plugin editor.
