Links won’t open in new tab despite target_blank setting

Featured Image dont display on facebook link

home page customization doesn’t show in front page
Il/ the homepage shows just the raw uncustomized homepage version with all the sh*** alignments. I'm not using a child theme as this site won't change much over time.
