Livemesh Hero Header with text doesn’t resize fully on mobiles?
Everything looks fine on a desktop and tablet, but the image doesn't resize with the headline on mobiles. I've tried adjusting all available settings and even tried alternative Site Origin options to the Livemesh Hero Header.

Css for the child theme change so that users' browsers will load the fresh version. Css in either the child theme folder or the theme folder it doesn't change.
