Is there a way to change the Text Size on the Menu of the North Theme?

Can I edit the Width for the Default Page Layout in the North Theme? I want to expand this slightly but not full width. I would like this to also effect the width of the Menu.

Recommendations for a simple news ticker? Preferably one tested with WP 6.4 and siteOrigin Light. thanks
