Hello. How do I change the thumbnail to display the thumbnail already attached to a video. Right now it’s just a gray box with a play button in the middle.

I have added images but they’re all different sizes. Do I need to make them the same size before uploading or is there a way of making the slider a specific size so the images crop to fit when inserted?
