I am using the Vantage theme for my website and I find the image that I have used in the “Siteorigin Hero” is unresponsive in mobiles. Is there anything that I missed to do?

I have attempted to import the Highline SitePack a few times and every time it stalls at step 3. It just hangs at (3/53: Installing siteorigin-north Theme) and never progresses past that no matter how long I wait. I have installed SitePacks on other sites using different hosts without issue. After the most recent update, I no longer have access to the pagebuilder tabs on any of my pages. I have tried deactivating and reactivating. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It’s still not working. Please help.

I cannot edit any pages when I activate Page Builder under by Fitness theme (by Skat) version 1.2.1. When I temporarily activate the Moesia theme (version 1.4.1), the page edit seems to work.
