Is there a way to show my posts randomly on my homepage. At the moment always the newest post is shown first.

Choose different image for mobile / responsive design

In the image widget, there’s an option for mobile css. The image I have includes text over it and looks great on a desktop browser. However, when it shrinks down to mobile size, it would be helpful if I could crop the sides or load a different image for this smaller view. Anyone have ideas?
