Removing or replacing Google Fonts

Because of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union I wonder if it’s possible not to use Google Fonts? How can they be removed of replaced by locally stored fonts? Is there an easy way to do so in SiteOrigin PageBuilder and the SiteOrigin Themes (e.g. Vantage, Unwind)? Thanks!
