Images are not scaling for mobile devices

When the site http://newwvw.akvotest.org is accessed via a mobile phone (tablets/desktops are ok) the images used in the image or editor widgets are not scaling down relative to screen size. This should happen automatically in WordPress but it’s not happening here & I’m unsure as to why. Could you give me any clues? Thanks Lynn

Hi. My headline widget displays very small (unreadable almost) on mobile devices if held portrait. On landscape it shows fine as with tablets and desktop/laptop.
