firame not respecting height tag

When this loads on the page, the height is much smaller than 500px. I have tried changing the height to a percentage and also changing the width to a static value, neither seem to change the height.

Ideally I would use the Image widget, then place text and buttons on top of the image... but since that doesn't seem possible, I am attempting to create a row with the image as the row background with button widgets…

I just switched to SSL and after that all of my posts and pages that I used the buttons widget on have bee switched to just an editor plugin. Is there any reason for this? Cheers, Dave

Within Widget Layout settings, I can't set the bottom margin individually, the way I can for Rows. In the meantime, has anyone found a way to remove the bottom margin on individual widgets.
