How do I make the images on my blog larger

I have tried making my images larger on my blog. No matter what I try; using blocks that are full size, or Venis slider size, the images are still the same size. Hello – upgraded to PHP 7.0 as suggessted in another thread (now closed to comments) but still receiving the page with “”Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’, expecting :: (T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM) in /home/inhogfo2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/siteorigin-panels.php on line 70” Is there a way to upgrade to Siteorigin 2.8.1 when you can’t access the wp-admin section? Thanks for the help.

However, the solution (PHP7) was not a complete fix due to my host. Without asking me, my host disabled the ‘siteorigin.panels’ and is unable to re-enable it. My whole site is shot.
