Visual and Text Editor disappear

SiteOrigin Editor comes up blank

When I edit a page, the editor comes up blank. I already tried disabling non-SiteOrigin plugins, clearing the cache, changing to another theme, and disabling CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS. Site: www.justforcanadiandoctors.com WordPress 5.0.3 running Twenty Sixteen theme

Plugin conflict Page Builder vs Edit Flow

I’d like to report a conflict between Page Builder 2.10.0 and Edit Flow 0.9. I’m on WP4.9.9. Before upgrading plugins they played nice, but after upgrading both plugins to the above listed versions the PB tab no longer shows.
