We had been using the siteorigin_panels_postloop_templates filter to add templates in from a plugin which no longer works because the locate_template function being used only looks in the STYLESHEETPATH, TEMPLATEPATH, and ABSPATH . With all other plugins deactivated the Siteorigin CSS plugin Visual button does not work in Chrome and Firefox.
