Problem with siteorigin editor

I was writing a post and suddenly the editor stopped working. It doesn’t matter if I use a headline, hero or editor widget, when I clic on edit (on the widget) either live or not, the editor popup shows but…

Update got rid of all hero widget content.

I’m somewhat relieved to see that other people are having this problem but starting to panic now that I’ve cleared my caching plugin and my browser cache to no avail. What can I do next? Thanks.

Only container color shows instead of icon image after update

Current setting: An image is use as icon with Icon image size set to full. Container shape: square Container size: 250 px Icon size: 240 px As the setting suggest the container should be visible but it is not.
