I tried to post into the other thread already on this matter, but it wouldn’t let me… Hero widgets no longer show over on our website at flowertelecom.uk since the update – is this a known issue and is there a fix?

On this page: https://siteorigin.com/theme/snapshot/ The “Download Theme” button link is https://siteorigin.com/theme/snapshot/action/download/ and does not contain the filename. Also, when typing in this thread and trying to pick the “Thread Topic” from the dropdown list below it does not contain “Theme: Snapshot” as an option. Tim :o]

Hey, Have seen some of the other threads about missing hero images after the latest update. I am facing the same problem. 1. I have tried updating. 2. I have tried clearing the cache. I am using a row diveded to 3 even columns and each column has 2 text widgets. If I break the one row to two separate rows, It gets worse: 2 1 2 1 Is there a way to force the last two to stay together.

I had created a child theme, but once I updated the North Theme, some of the my CSS changes disappeared from the live website. What changes were included in the most recent North Theme update that could cause this issue.

This glitch is resolved when rolling back to 2.4x. The glitch was persistent even after disabling all other site plugins. 2.5x columns sit as: x x x 2.4x Columns sit as: x x x Everything works fine with the 2.4x version.

I just updated the Site Origin plugin and all of my Hero Widgets on my pages are gone. They are still set up but they are not showing on the site. Example: https://test.pennfield.net/middle-school/ There should be a pic in that big blank area…. Help

Conflict’s with Realtyna WPL widgets. The old Version 1.8.1 use to work perfect but when I update is with the latest Version 1.8.5. If you look at my site the slider option disapears when I update the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle to Version 1.8.5. Hey, I recently updated either the siteorigin widgets bundle or the pagebuilder (can’t remember which), but after the update all my HERO widgets are not being diplayed on the site any more.
