It’s been a while since I’ve done any WP development, so bear with me.
I’ve read the Start Guide and have downloaded and installed the Vantage theme.
What I’d like to do is remove the slider/carousel from under the navigation, but I can’t find where to remove or edit this.
Also, where can I edit the menu location?
Thanks
Chris
Hi Chris
Thanks for posting your question.
When editing the home page viaPagesHome Page, assuming you’ve assigned a home page from SettingsReading, you can set the Page Slider drop-down in the right column to None. A second setting is available in the Customizer at AppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsHome. A full explanation can be found here Page: Home Page Slider.
Thanks Andrew. Sorted the carousel. Is it possible to move the main navigation menu?
Glad to hear you’re making progress.
At AppearanceCustomizeTheme SettingsLayout: Masthead Layout you can switch to Logo in Menu. The default header or Logo in Menu are the two menu layout options available in Vantage.

THanks. All good now. It’s like riding a bike – you don’t forget how, but a bit wobbly if you haven’t done it in. along time.
My pleasure!
