Some newbie question to SiteOrigin

It’s been a while since I’ve done any WP development, so bear with me. I’ve read the Start Guide and have downloaded and installed the Vantage theme. What I’d like to do is remove the slider/carousel from under the navigation, but I can’t find where to remove or edit this. Also, where can I edit…
