Editor Widget only displaying 1 row of tools.

I can only see the first row of tools in the editor widget. I have the latest version of the pagebuilder (2.4.6) and of the editor/widget bundle (1.5.11) installed.

Background-position is set to 50% 50% on parallax

I have a question abiut responsive site on mobile phone. In mobile version of http://www.campuscreativo.it the image dont scale for better view on mobile phone of the site. I use widget Hero on Vantage Premium theme. Thank you Gerardo
