Hide Row on Mobile

I was wondering how to hide a row that was built in pagebuilder when the site is viewed on a mobile device. So it would hide the whole row when in responsive mode, but show in normal mode.

Cannot delete menus

The menus in upper right of my site below using Snapshot theme will NOT delete. I delete but they come right back as you can see in the upper right the three menu links....

Single Post not in page builder container
