I have tried to install a prebuilt layout several times but it is just not working for me. I follow the instructions as per your YouTube video but when I import the layout I get a bunch of text on a blog like page but no graphics or formatting. What else can I do? Leon

I can’t figure out the css to remove the background image once the screen is resized to say 800px and smaller on the pagebuilder plugin but keep the background image on a scree larger than 800px. Thanks.

Okay so I am using the Sydney WordPress theme and I am using your page builder application to build my about page. On my main page the menu background is transparent but on the about page there is a black bar? Why does this happen how do I fix it?.
