How to simply add a black horizontal line

I simply need to know how to add a horizontal line, as when I add one in Siteorigin editor, it doesn't display or could possibly be displaying white as background is white.

Hi… i just installed unwind theme on my wordpress site but it has issues every time i click the products it gets error 500. I think something wrong with the woocommerce
