Horizontal Scrollbar appearing

I’m a newbie, not a webmaster, using wordpress (with a Photocrati theme, probably not responsive). Using Pagebuilder an horizontal scrollbar appears at the bottom of the page. How can I eliminate it? Do I have to edit the plugin css?…

how do i add links to text in pagebuilder?specifically "mailto: " and/or external links… thanks for help!
