top toolbar doesn’t show Live Editor option for Blocks built page

Search Bar and Menu Not Working
Hi there, I recently noticed that the menu doesn’t drop down and the search bar does not open on my website. I have the unwind theme and both are at the top of the page. How can I fix this?
