Using pagebuilder 2.11.5 min-height: 98vh; does nothing

In the row Attributes settings group I set the CSS Styles to min-height: 98vh !important; to try an bring up the page footer but whatever I set it to it has no effect. see https://www.stefanganther.co.uk/
