Want a plugin like bootstrap tabs

I red that bootstrap aint friendly with vantage. I wonder how its possible to get something like this http://www.w3schools.com/bootstrap/tryit.asp?filename=trybs_tabs_dynamic&stacked=h with vantage? Do i have to install a plugin or something? And if yes. Which one?

Hi, I just tried to install SiteOrigin on to my wordpress. It told me it failed because of a missing style.css file Can anyone help me? I am a technical numbskull!!

My theme isnt staying as i customized

Ive customized unwind theme according to my requirements but when the fonts are changing to default ones. But when i access the customization page it is displaying the page as i customized. Can anyone help me out
