Does Premium mean I can make multiple sites without “Theme by SiteOrigin” in the footer?

Hello After the update to 2.5.3 the old image widget is gone. If I add the new one and I click on select image nothing happens. I tryed this in chrome and IE. Kind regard Salim Caliskan
