I already have my free site running. Will the upgrade cause any issues ? The menus don’t work with Windows 8.1 touch screens. Will the upgrade fix that ?

I have a question about PB history browser. I want to have a different “call to action box” for each page to the right of the logo. example: http://privatereview.net/esgm/index.html (the entry cost and info text) URL: http://integritytestonline.com
