footer jumps on just one page….

for reasons that i cannot see when i click on the submit button on the form in my footer it “jumps” but only on a single page http://www.step-ahead.com/solutions the rest work fine….any ideas? URL: http://www.step-ahead.com/solutions

Is there any way to hide Page Builder to client?

I think the title said it all. I’m just wondering if there’s a way I can hide the page builder TAB to client requesting an ADMIN access. Thank you sir :)
