Vantage Homepage Slider

The homepage slider has been setup with the theme settings –> Home changed from Demo to my slider I created. And I made the settings theme Vantage (Flex) and highlighted the Flex Slider tab. But the Demo slider still shows…

Has the format of Page Builder Changed?

After an update, the page builder link is no longer next to the text tab but below the section. Nothing happens when I attempt to use it. what could be causing this issue?
